A 50% retainer reserves your date, with the balance due 60 days before your wedding.

Planning Questions
How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?
For Full Signature Planning, most couples reach out 12 to 18 months before their wedding, which gives us time to help secure your venue and top vendors. If your date is sooner, please still reach out. We will let you know exactly what is possible.
What is the difference between Full Signature Planning and Partial Planning?
Full Signature Planning is our most complete experience: we guide your budget, attend vendor meetings, oversee every design detail and manage your wedding day. Partial Planning is ideal if you have started planning and want expert direction on vendors, design and etiquette, with full wedding-day coordination included.
Where do you plan weddings?
We are based in Greenwood and plan weddings throughout Indianapolis and Central Indiana, including Brown County. Pricing is based on your date and location.
How do payments work?
A 50% retainer reserves your date, and the balance is due 60 days before your wedding. Every couple receives a written contract for peace of mind.
