A simple, easy way to get married without the stress. Just the two of you, and up to two guests, in a relaxed, private setting. Say your vows at our Greenwood office, where it is just the two of you, or choose a meaningful spot of your own, and we will take care of the rest.

An intimate, stress-free elopement that keeps the focus on the two of you while every moment is captured beautifully. We pair your custom ceremony with a seasoned wedding photographer, so you leave with a gallery of memories to treasure.

- A fully custom ceremony script about your story
- Officiant services to guide and perform your ceremony
- Room for up to 25 guests
- One full hour with a seasoned wedding photographer

Brown County Elopement
Officiant Only or With a Photographer
Rolling hills, quiet woods and some of the prettiest fall color in Indiana. Say I do at Brown County State Park, a historic covered bridge or a cozy cabin, with your officiant, and a photographer if you would like one, taking care of every detail.

- Officiant services and a custom ceremony script to keep
- Add a photographer: one hour of photos, fully edited within 2 weeks
- Help choosing the perfect spot in Brown County
- Completion of your marriage license plus a decorative copy
- Officiant only: Monday to Thursday $325, Friday to Sunday $400
- With photographer: Monday to Thursday $950, Friday to Sunday $1,050

Our Same Day Marriage service is a quick, legal signing with no ceremony, available by appointment seven days a week. Signing at our Greenwood office is $60, and we can travel to you starting at $85.

Elopement Questions
Do we need witnesses to elope in Indiana?
No. Indiana does not require witnesses, so it can truly be just the two of you and your officiant. You are always welcome to bring a few loved ones along.
Where can we have our elopement?
Almost anywhere that feels like you: our Greenwood office, the Indiana Statehouse, the Canal Walk, White River State Park, a favorite park or Brown County State Park. Not sure where to go? We know all the beautiful spots and are happy to help you choose. Pricing is based on location.
Do we need a marriage license first?
Yes. You will apply for your Indiana marriage license before your ceremony. We are happy to answer questions along the way, and we sign your license on the day and explain how it is returned.
How far ahead should we book?
Many couples book just a few weeks out, and last-minute dates are often possible. Reach out with your date and we will let you know right away.
What if we only need our license signed?
Our Same Day Marriage service is a quick, legal signing with no ceremony. Appointments are available seven days a week at our Greenwood office, and we can travel to you.
