What is the difference between Wedding Coordination and Essentials Coordination?
Wedding Coordination is our most complete coordination service, with planning support from your first meeting, décor setup and a full rehearsal. Essentials Coordination is a streamlined option that begins 60 days out and includes six hours of wedding-day coordination. Wedding Coordination includes complimentary professional officiant services with a custom ceremony script. Essentials Coordination couples can add an officiant at 50% off, including a custom ceremony script.
Is a wedding coordinator the same as our venue coordinator?
No. A venue coordinator looks after the venue itself. We look after you: your timeline, your vendors, your décor and every detail of your day from start to finish.
How do payments work?
A 50% retainer reserves your date, and the balance is due 30 days before your wedding. Every couple receives a written contract for peace of mind.
